All Commissions are strictly for Personal use only. The Artist is to be given prior notice for the commissioning of Commercial works due to differing rates.

The Artist reserves all rights to the commissioned work and can reproduce and publish them in whatsoever forms in whatsoever ways, with the exception of Commercial pieces.

Major revisions may be requested for free during the sketching stage, and only minor revisions are allowed once the Artist has started rendering. Major revision requests made during rendering are subject to additional charges.

Turnaround time for Commissions can vary from a week to a month and will be stated before the start of the Commission.

Any artwork posted by the Client must be accredited to the Artist. (@qu4cke)

Payment will be done via PayPal (USD currency) only.

The Artist will start on the Client’s Commission only after full payment has been made.

Cancellations made after the Artist has started working on the Commission will not be refunded.

Cancellations made before the Artist had started working on the Commission can be partially refunded (full amount exclusive of PayPal’s service charges).

Cancellations made on the part of the Artist at any point in time will be partially refunded (full amount exclusive of PayPal's service charges).

The Artist reserves the right to terminate the Commission at any time should any problems arise (disrespectful or fail to cooperate with the Artist) with no obligations as to refund.
